Does your CHL product not fit? Did you get the wrong color? Want to return it for a refund? If so, no worries! To exchange or return your order, please ship your order back to us along with a note explaining why you would like to exchange or return your order. Products must be in new, unused and unwashed condition, we will not accept any previously worn or washed products. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping charge of sending your new item to you. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. We will give a full refund, or a replacement of a different color, size or other item of equal or lesser value. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective. You are subject to a restocking fee of $5 on all returns; the fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks for all returns/exchanges. All returned merchandise must be received by Carolina Hook & Line prior to receiving a refund or credit. For additional funds owed in the case of exchanges, please make checks payable to Carolina Hook & Line Co., or via PayPal with credit card.
