How long should it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed within 48 hours and usually arrive within 3 days after being shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time no, we are shipping only within the continental United States
Can I change/cancel my order once it’s been placed?
If it is within the processing time, sure thing! If your order has been shipped, you must return/exchange the item.
What forms of payment do you take?
We use PayPal’s secure order process and currently except most major credit cards.
If a certain product of out of stock, when will it come back in stock/what do I do?
Merchandise on backorder is temporarily out of stock. We will notify you at the e-mail address and/or phone number that you have provided. The status of a backordered item will remain processing until the merchandise is in stock.
Can I see exactly where the donated 5% of profit of every order is going?
